Title: Ohio Pudding

Yield: 1 Pudding

1 c Sugar
1 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1 c Raw potatoes; finely grated
1 c Raw carrots; grated
1 c Seedless raisins
1 c Seeded raisins

Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix
thoroughly. Turn into greased half pound baking powder cans and steam
for 2 hours. Serve hot with a hard sauce.
