      Title: Pittsburgh Potatoes
 Categories: Potatoes
      Yield: 6 Servings
      4 c  Raw potatoes; diced
      1 sm Onion; minced
      1 ts Salt
      2 c  Medium white sauce
    3/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
    1/2 lb Mild cheese; grated
    1/2 c  Cracker crumbs
      2 tb Butter
  Place potatoes in pan, add onion & salt, cover with boiling water,
  and cook 5 minutes. Drain. Place in a greased baking dish. Season
  white sauce, add cheese & pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with
  cracker crumbs, dot with butter.
  Bake in moderate oven (350 F) until browned, 20 to 25 minutes.
