      Title: Fancy Fuss-Free Torte

      Yield: 10 servings
 
 10 3/4 oz Loaf pound cake; thawed
     21 oz Can cherry pie filling *
      8 oz Tub whipped topping; thawed
    1/2 c  Chopped pecans
 
  * or flavor of your choice
  
  Using a long serrated knife, cut cake horizontally into
  3 layers. Place bottom cake layer on a serving plate;
  top with half of the pie filling. Repeat layers. Top
  with remaining cake layer. Frost top and sides of cake
  with whipped topping. Sprinkle with pecans
