    Title: Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole
    Categories: Five, Beef, Saoups, Potatoes
    Yield: 8 servings

    2 lb 90% lean ground beef
    10 3/4 oz Can golden mushroom soup;
    - undiluted
    10 3/4 oz Can Cheddar cheese soup;
    - undiluted
    20 oz Bag crinkle-cut french
    - fries

    Set oven @ 350┬║F/175┬║C.

    In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium
    heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soups. Pour
    into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish.

    Arrange the french fries on top. Bake, uncovered, until
    the fries are golden brown, 50-55 minutes.

    Title: Beef Enchilada Casserole
    Categories: Beef, Breads, Vegetables, Cheese
    Yield: 6 servings

    1 lb Ground beef
    10 oz Can enchilada sauce
    1 c Salsa
    6 Flour tortillas; (10")
    2 c Corn niblets
    4 c Shredded cheddar cheese

    Diced tomatoes
    Sliced jalapenos
    Sour cream

    Set oven @ 350oF/175oC.

    In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat
    until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain.
    Stir in enchilada sauce and salsa; set aside.

    Place 2 tortillas, overlapping as necessary, in the
    bottom of a greased 13" X 9" baking dish. Cover with a
    third of the meat mixture. Top with 1 cup corn; sprinkle
    with 1 1/3 cups cheese. Repeat layers once, then top
    with remaining tortillas, meat and cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until bubbly. If desired,
    garnish with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, and sour
    cream.
