Title: Mint And Avocado Dip
Categories: Dips
Yield: 1 Bowl
1 Avocado
1/2 c Peas
4 Brazil nuts
2 tb Water; up to 3 tb
1/2 c Fresh mint leaves
1 Lime or lemon; up to 2
1 tb Apple cider vinegar
Salt
First rinse the peas with warm water, letting them defrost for a
minute. They don't need to be cooked but the dip is way too cold if
you use totally frozen peas!
Then juice the lime before adding all of the ingredients to a food
processor, it should take 2 to 3 minutes for a beautifully smooth
consistency to form.
Then slather over toast, crackers, put in a pot and dip your veggies
in.
