2 lb Chicken wings (1 kg)
2 tb Oyster sauce
2 tb Honey
2 tb Rice wine or sherry
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Black soy sauce
1 ts Sesame oil
1 ts Black pepper; freshly ground
1/4 ts Salt (optional)
Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken wings for 6 hours or
overnight. Cook over hot charcoal or in a preheated oven at 220°C
(440°F) for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked and golden brown.
