Place the raisins in a small bowl and pour 1 cup boiling water over
them. Let them soak for five minutes, then drain off the excess water.
Pulverize the toasted bread in an electric blender and rub the crumbs
through a dry sieve.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Regrigerate until very cold.
You can sprinkle very tiny amounts of nutmeg and cinnamon onto each
serving as a garnish--along with a sprig of fresh mint.
