    !Unrecognized sub-board internal code: 'main.notices'

Apparently you do not have a sub-board with an internal code of 'main.notices', yet you have a sub=main.noticies line in your ctrl/listserver.ini. Fix that.

Should I disable everything here because the sbbs internal code only supports up to 8 chrectors?

A full sub-board internal code (group prefix + sub suffix) can be up to 16 characters.
