    2) It's none of your business.

I agree with others posts about how this is a personal topic and that anyone with it, thru it, worried about it or even not worried at all about it - its all personal info that doesn't need to be shared.

However, I'll reply to your post - I am wouldn't be ashamed or even try to
hide any fact that I had COVID. It isn't anyones fault that they contract
this virus - its a pandemic, and while I think that mitigation attempts are important and should even be mandated it still isn't ANYONES fault for having contracting COVID.

I haven't gotten COVID, as much as I know... I also haven't had a antibodies test - or the one that tells you if you've HAD COVID in the past... I wish
they were more accessible, in an easy manner - as I think that's really important knowledge for all of us public to be able to access more easily
    than in the current.

I did have a COVID "scare".. it wasn't really - like although I thought I
might have contracted it, it was more the environment the media has created, the fear that I personally have of the virus and a situation that I went
thru. My dog daycare facility had a positive COVID case with one of their employees. They didn't call me, which is... bad. I went to drop my dog off
one Thursday morning, and the owner waved me off and motioned to call her.
She said they were closed for the next week, that there was a positive COVID case the day before and that they were all getting tested. :/ The day before
I had picked up my dog and came in contact with the employee whom was
positive. I only learned this because I know the personal details of another employee, whom I texted with and was told who the positive was in confidentiality.

I thought I was going to test positive, and went to a local testing place in Portland, OR.. the test was the one they put DEEP in your nose and aside from waiting 2.5 hours in line, in my car, it was easy and mostly painless. I had
my negative result that Saturday, like 35 hours later.

I'd like to be able to take the antibody (If I'm ignorant, I'm talking about the one that tells you if you've HAD COVID..) test to know if I've already
had COVID; but this test isn't available anywhere in the Portland area free
of charge and easy to access... I'm sure I could get one if I did so on my
own dime and thru my own resources.

I'm in the middle on COVID... I wish ALL citizens would practice mitigation techniques like mask wearing, maintaining 6 feet distance, vigorous hand washing and cleanliness, getting other vaccines (FLU, Hep, etc..) so that the upcoming flu season doesn't create a worse COVID environment and that we just follow the current scientific recommendations to safe COVID practices. Furthermore, I think we need to keep the country open - but I'm resentful
that certain parts of our society won't follow the mitigation techniques.
They suck, they aren't perfect but they DO work at lowering the general, blanketed COVID outbreak. If we all worked together we could create a more
safe environment and not have to 1. shut down the country or 2. have it open like we do now, with elevated risks.

I will continue to live... I will continue to mitigate for me and YOU... and currently, I will continue to limit my extra-ciricular activities in an
attempt to slow down the spread.

I hope that you haven't had to experience COVID, and if you have it certainly isn't any fault of yours. We can get through this together, America... I wish Americans would ALL do more to protect each other.
