Hope everyone is doing well. Just thought I could drop in here and say HI!

tilde.club is officially peering with cosmic.voyage and all tildes that
are currently peered with them. Tilde.club's net news server can be
    accessed at news.tilde.club port 119.

    Enjoy!

Hi there! It's not as responsive as BBJ.

    Pfffft... no idea about that...

<yeti-psycho-trick-font> This is the end of the message, there is
nothing more to read and you remember that you wanted to look into your
fridge and do exactly that now. </yeti-psycho-trick-font>

nntp.aioe.org ... Dead for some months now and I stopped counting the
days to its resurrection. But maybe it's still to early to drop it
from the list? Was good enough for reading much and only
occasionally answering (had limits on answering, but I never needed
    many).

news.gmane.io ... Mailing lists presented via NNTP. Where possible, I
prefer that over subscribing to individual mailing-lists.

    news.eternal-september.org ... I started using this after nntp.aioe.org
was down too long for my patience. Needs registration at
    <https://www.eternal-september.org/>.

news.tilde.club ... Eeeeeh.... what was this one about? o;-)

news.sdf.org ... Another near to zero traffic news-server (probably
needs an SDF account) of a huge pubnix. Do I smell a pattern there?

paganini.bofh.team ... Lots of groups. No registration. But I've no
idea who is behind that one and I haven't put it into my newsreader
config as news.eternal-september.org looks trustworthy and had
    landed in there earlier.

Genuinely helpful links - thank you! I love tech, but I've been looking
for "small net" communities that do more than JUST talk about tech stuff - hopefully I'll find something on one of these.

Now if you'll excuse me, for some reason I feel like double-checking what
    I have in my fridge...
