    Yea, I kinda have heard about that. Personally, I have recently
    started to draw "schematic ASCII art" as an alternative
    (super-longevity) documentation format for some electronics designs
    I'm planning to distribute on the Internet as well.

    Some examples can be found at repairfaq.org.

    Thanks for pointing to another electronics hobbyist's rabbit hole
    to explore on.
