Honestly, the very first thing I thought of was LIGHTHOUSE
(but the alphabet chips lacked "T"), then the light's irregularity
made me think of SIGNAL FLARE, SPOTLIGHT, SEARCHLIGHT (but their letter
counts didn't fit) and FLOODLIGHT (alphabet chips lacked "D", "T",
and didn't have enough "O" and "L").
I think the mirror-flare-in-the-sun popped up in my mind at some point,
but I didn't know what's the term to call it; so I just let it rest.
