Huh, strange. I'm using Mystic's built-in echomail capabilities, not sure this is something I /can/ fix, but I'll look into it and see if I can figure out what's going on.
Does it impact anything negatively or is it mostly cosmetic?
Others using Mystic produce a correct TZUTC kludge, so it should be possible.
