    Hi Shawn,

    I'm using OpenEdit to write this message. It's working fine so far!

    I'm using it with the generic BBS setup and the DORINFOx.DEF dropfile
    without issue.

    Now that I finally fiuxed Micronet's netmail issue after 20 years, I will netmail you.

    I always liked sabreedit but i was a quikedit man for a long time.
    now i'm just using deuce's js editor with some slight changes i made.

    I always liked sabreedit but i was a quikedit man for a long time.
    now i'm just using deuce's js editor with some slight changes i made.

    I believe Sabreedit was from Turboedit. As I have that source code
    burried in the SabreEdit code. While I didn't do much with it I still
    think I did okay purchasing that one. I learned a lot from it anyway.

    Yup in the se docs it mentions turboedit.

    Apparently he developed a 15usd shareware (but totally unlimited) version of tedit from 95 to 97. Then he decided to go with a 20usd 30 day shareware model and decided to make some changes and call it sabreedit.

    AND, apparently SE starts out with version 1.72a. figure that out.
    Looks like he ran a website he barely touched until 2016.
