    My wife has been getting good milage from this one...



    The preacher hollers for his wife to come into the kitchen.
    He has the bills spread out and paying them. He's holding
    a credit card bill for $250 and asks what it is. The wife
    says it's for a dress.

    The husband explodes - "You know we can't afford a two hundred
    and fifty dollar dress!"

    "I was in the store and there was this beutiful dress hanging
    there and I saw the price, so I put it back on the rack. It's
    like the Devil was there on my shoulder saying 'oh it won't
    hurt to try it on,' so I did. Then it was like he was saying,
    'it looks REALLY good on you!'"

    The husband says, "I've told you over and over and you've even
    heard me preach it - you have to say 'get thee behind me Satan!'"

    She said, "I did - and he said 'it looks real good from here
    too!'"
