    I never actually used this in FreeDos, but it should work none the less -

    Make sure you have the DOS drivers for your ethernet card. Once oyou install them, make sure to take note of the software interrupt number (I believe for network cards, it is 0x60 - atleast that is what it is for my Xircom PE3). You will need to supply this number to your TCP stack.

    Microsoft Network Manager may work on FreeDOS, but I have never tried it. I would recommend MTCP as it is newer. When you configure MTCP, you will need to know the interrupt number of your ethernet driver.

    MTCP should have documentation to walk you through configuring it. Sorry I can't help much further.
