Creamy Peach Sherbet

2 c Frozen peach slices --
- unsweetened, partially thawed
1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
2 tb Orange juice concentrate
2 tb Sugar or substitute
1/8 ts Nutmeg -- freshly grated,
- or to taste
1 ts Vanilla extract

Other frozen fruits may be substituted for the peaches.

In food processor or blender, pulse or chop peaches. Add remaining
ingredients & blend until creamy. May be served immediately or stored
in the freezer until serving time.

Yield: 4 Servings
