Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 c Blueberries --
- washed, picked over
1 Banana -- mashed
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Frozen orange juice
- concentrate -- thawed
2 c Nonfat yogurt
1 ts Vanilla extract

In an electric blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
Blend well. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to
manufacturer's instructions.

Defrost slightly before serving.
