Title: Asian Chicken Hazelnut Salad

MMMMM---------------------------SALAD--------------------------------
2 c Chicken breast;
- cooked, cubed
1 c Carrots; shredded
2 c Bean sprouts (5 oz)
1 c Red sweet pepper; diced
1 c Olives; sliced
1 c Celery; sliced
1/2 c Oregon hazelnuts; roasted &
- coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c Chow mein noodles

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 ts Curry powder
1 tb Teriyaki sauce
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Sesame seeds

Salad:

Combine all ingredients, except noodles.

Dressing:

Blend together and toss with salad ingredients. Just before serving,
add noodles.
