Campsite Lunch
From S.F. Examiner
1 ea 14 1/2 oz can tamales,
-sliced into 1/2 inch
-pieces 1 12 oz can
-vegetable
Juice cocktail
1 ea 8 3/4 oz can whole kernel
-corn
1 ea 8 oz can red kidney beans
-drained
1 ea 7 1/2 oz can tomatoes cut up
1/2 ts Sugar
ds Pepper
1 ea 4 oz pkg shredded sharp
-cheddar cheese (1 Cup)

In a large saucepan combine all ingredients except cheese. Bring to
boiling, reduce hear simmer uncover for 5 minutes. Serve in soup bowls
