Title: Healthy Tea For Cold Winter Afternoons

1 Orange
1 Lemon
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 ts Cloves
4 Mint leaves
4 c Water (1 l); hot
Slice and de-seed half of the orange and lemon, squeeze the other
half into a cup.
Chuck the cinnamon, cloves, mint, sliced orange, and lemon into a big
jug whilst boiling a kettle of water.
When water boiled simply pour it into the jug and leave it for at
least for 5 minutes before the orange and lemon juice added too. Now
it's ready to drink!
