2 lg Oranges; peeled; cut

4 tb Plain yogurt
1 tb Honey
1/4 Orange; up to 1/2,
- grated zest of
A little orange juice
3 tb Oil
1 tb Vinegar
Salt & pepper; to taste

For this, only white-leaved endive should be used. The green-edged
leaves are bitter.

Combine all ingredients and serve.
