1 c Dry arame (seaweed)
1 sm Cauliflower;
- broken into florets
2 c Broccoli florets
1 Bell pepper; finely chopped
1 c Bean sprouts
1 c Green beans; cooked, cooled
1 tb Sunflower oil
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Fresh ginger; grated
1/2 ts Paprika
1 tb Soy sauce
3 tb Toasted sunflower seeds
Salt; to taste
Black pepper;
- freshly milled; to taste
Soak and boil arame according to the instructions on the package.
Drain and allow to cool. Meanwhile, steam the cauliflower and
broccoli until barely tender. When arame and vegetables cool, combine
all ingredients and serve.
