    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Gingerbread
    Categories: Desserts
    Yield: 1 Batch

    2 1/3 c All purpose flour
    1/3 c Sugar
    1 c Molasses
    3/4 c Water; hot
    1/2 c Vegetable shortening
    1 Egg
    1 ts Baking soda
    1 ts Ground ginger
    1 ts Ground cinnamon
    3/4 ts Salt

    MMMMM----------------HONEY-GINGER FLUFF, (OPTIONA---------------------
    2 c Heavy whipping cream
    1/4 c Honey
    1/2 ts Ground ginger

    Preaheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a 9x9" baking pan. Beat all
    ingredients in a large bowl using a hand mixer on low speed, scraping
    bowl constantly, about 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for 3
    minutes. Pour batter into pan. Bake about 50 minutes or until a
    toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and
    cut into squares.

    Honey-Ginger Fluff (optional):

    In a chilled metal bowl whisk ingredients together until stiff.
    Refrigerate at least one hour.
