    The older I get the more I do "can opener" meals. Did this last night
    for suppper:

    Next time I'll add in a 14 1/2 oz can of diced tomatoes; w/chilies if
    I'm doing the zippy sausage. And if I want to get fancy I'll divide the
    dish between souffle plates, sprinkle the cheese over the top and pop
    into the oven until the cheese is all nice and melty.

    Title: Tortellini Skillet
    Categories: Five, Pork, Pasta, Cheese
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 lb Italian sausage; zippy or
    - mild
    1/2 ts Italian seasoning blend; opt
    1 c Water
    19 oz Bag frozen cheese
    - tortellini
    1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

    In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until
    no longer pink, 5-6 minutes; crumble meat; drain. Stir
    in Italian seasoning if using.

    Add water and bring to a boil.

    Stir in tortellini; return to a boil. Reduce heat;
    simmer, covered, 3-4 minutes or until tortellini are
    tender.

    Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Let stand,
    covered, until cheese is melted.

    Makes: 4 servings
