I've been doing a lot of stir fry recipes in the last few years. As usual with my 'outa stuff' recipes of Japan where I was either 3 miles walk to the commisarry or later a 3 mile walk to Tonoo market, we'd run low and need to adapt from what we had. This time iit's more on what I have handy among fresh things.

Here's one that should be fridge to table hits a bit under 10 minutes if you pull all the veggies out at the same time and start the dish before much of the chopping. This is a grow with it dish so yes, you can add meats or other vegetables. Try pre-fried tofu or a handful of canned black beans! You can add 'stir fry sauce' but it's better without it to us being just naturally fresh.

Title: Xxcarol's bean sprout stir fry
    Categories: Xxcarol, Vegetables, Asian
    Yield: 3 Servings

2 tb Olive oil for frying
    1/4 lb Bean sprouts
    1/2 ea Red bell pepper
6 ea Fresh green beans, trimmed
    2 ea Small carrots
    3 ea Cloves fresh garlic

This really simple fast stir fry requires little preparation so is
fast. Average person with a well laid out kitchen will be done with
the minimal chopping in 4 minutes. It cooks in 5 minutes.

Heat oil in frying pan with flat bottom wok preferred due high sides
making it easier to toss about as it cooks. Next sliver the garlic
thinly then add then add sprouts and chopped peppers. Last shave the
carrotwith a vegetable peeler over the dish then snap the green beans
and add. Everytime you add to the pan, toss it. When you get to the
green beans, it's just them to catch up and you still want them crisp.
