Title: Xxcarol's Pho based pork and bean soup

1 ea Pho cube
64 oz Water
8 oz Great northern beans- dry
1/2 lb Meaty pork ribs

Folks, this charming simple dish doesn't even pretend to be authentic
Pho. We simply take advantage of a nice broth here.

The broth cubes are big. 1.25in by same and 1/2 in thick.

Add it all to a crockpot. This one takes 20 hours to properly
develop but will hold on warm for days. Start with medium or if no
medium, low on crockpot.

Lovely dish and here, it's 17cents per 1 cup meaty soup. Feel free
to go 16oz of the dry beans as that will work.
