in Spain. Superstitious folks believe that consuming 12 grapes in the 12 seconds after the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Eve will ensure
12 months of good things in the coming year. Why risk the opposite?

4 c Seedless grapes; halved
4 c Fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c Sliced strawberries; thawed
3/4 c Turbinado sugar

2/3 c Granulated sugar
1/3 c Cornstarch
1 1/2 ts Grated lemon zest
1 tb Lemon juice

1 1/2 c Gluten-free A-P baking flour
- (w/o xanthan gum)
1/3 c Turbinado sugar
+=OR=+
1/4 c Granulated sugar
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/3 c Coconut oil
1 lg Egg; room temp
1 ts Vanilla extract

MMMMM-------------------CINNAMON-SUGAR TOPPING------------------------
1 ts Turbinado sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC.

In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients;
transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.

For crumble, place flour, sugar and baking powder in a
food processor; process until combined. Add coconut oil,
egg and vanilla; pulse until crumbly. Sprinkle over
fruit mixture. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle
over crumble. (Dish will be full.) Place on a rimmed
baking sheet.

Bake until topping is golden brown and filling is
bubbly, 40-45 minutes. Serve warm.
