Title: Deluxe Cheeseburger Salad

Yield: 4 servings
1 lb Ground beef
2 ts Montreal steak seasoning
6 c Torn iceberg lettuce
2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 c Salad croutons
1 md Tomato; chopped
1 sm Onion; halved, thin sliced
1/2 c Dill pickle slices
Thousand Island salad
- dressing
In a large bowl, combine beef and steak seasoning,
mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into twenty 1/2"
thick patties. Grill mini burgers, covered, over medium
heat, 3-4 minutes on each side.
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, mini burgers, cheese,
croutons, tomato, onion and pickles. Serve with salad
dressing.
