1 c Dry unsweetened coconut
-powder
1 Hd Garlic
1 ts Salt;; (1/2 ts for me)
1/16 ts Red chili powder
1 ts Tamarind paste
1/2 c Water
1 tb Oil
1 ts Mustard seeds
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Peel the garlic and cut off any bad spots. Grind all ingredients
(escept mustard seeds and oil) in blender with 1/2 cup of water into
a fine paste. Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat and add mustard
seeds. When seeds start to pop, remove from pan and add to above
mixture.
