2 lb Vegetable scraps
2 ts Lionsmane mushroom powder
1 ts Oregano
1 Bay leaf
1 ts MSG; (optional)
2 tb Olive oil
Salt to taste
Add vegetable scraps to instapot and then add seasoning. Stir in
enough water to cover vegetable scraps and pressure cook on the soup
and broth button. Strain vegetable scraps. (Vegetable scraps can be
dehydrated and processed into a powder for vegetable seasoning later.)
