1 1/2 c Green beans; cooked,
-pulverized
2 Eggs; hard-boiled, grated
1/4 c Walnuts; toasted, pulverized
1/2 c Onion; finely-minced
1 tb Dry; white wine; up to 2 tb
1 tb Mayonnaise; up to 2 tb
Salt
Pepper
1 pn Nutmeg
Saute onion until soft in a little oil or butter. Combine
everything and chill. Use as a sandwich spread or dip for raw
vegetables and crackers.
This one really does taste like chopped liver.
