Feta Walnut Dip

Title: Feta-Walnut Dip

Yield: 2 -3/4 cups
1 c Feta cheese; crumbled
2 tb Olive oil
1/2 c Milk
1 c Walnuts; chopped
1 ds Cayenne
1 ts Paprika
Soak the feta in water for an hour or two, to partially de-salt it.
Combine in the blender: 1 tb olive oil, 3 tb milk, 1/3 c feta
(drained), and 1/3 c walnuts. Blend on low, then medium speed.
Gradually, while blender runs at medium speed, add remaining
ingredients. Blend to a smooth paste. Chill.
Spread this on crackers, pita bread, or dip raw vegetables in it.
