    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Cranberry Nut Cookies
    Categories: Cookies
    Yield: 1 batch

    1 c Sugar
    1 c Chopped nuts
    1 c Brown sugar
    1 c White chocolate chips
    1 c Shortening
    1 ts Baking powder
    2 Eggs
    1/2 ts Baking soda
    3 1/2 c Flour
    1/2 ts Salt
    1 c Cranberries; dried
    1 ts Vanilla extract

    Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Cream together sugar, brown sugar,
    and shortening. Add eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Roll into logs 2
    1/2 inches in diameter. Chill overnight. Cut into slices. Bake at
    350 F until golden brown.
