1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Onion; minced
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1/2 c Tahini
1 1/2 c Orange juice; room
-temperature
1 c Water; room temperature
1 tb Tamari
1 ts Honey
Melt butter in a saucepan over low hear. Add onion, garlic and salt.
Cook slowly for about 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent. Whisk
in flour. Cook, whisking, 5 minutes.
Add tahini. Continue to cook over lowest heat, whisking frequently.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer very gently for 10 minutes.
