    Title: Quick Tater Tots Bake
    Categories: Beef, Potatoes, Cheese, Soups, Dairy
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 lb Ground beef
    1 sm Onion; chopped
    Salt & pepper
    16 oz Frozen Tater Tots
    10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c Milk
    1 c Shredded cheddar cheese

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat
    until meat is no longer pink; drain. Season with salt
    and pepper.

    Transfer to a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Top with Tater
    Tots. Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or
    until heated through.

    To double just double the ingredients and use a 13" X 9"
    pan.

    Title: Beet Stump Pot
    Categories: Five, Potatoes, Beef, Vegetables
    Yield: 12 Servings

    5 lg Potatoes; peeled, diced
    3 tb Butter
    1 lb Ground beef
    1 lg Onion; minced
    15 oz Can sliced beets; drained

    Set oven @ 350┬║F/175┬║C.

    Place the potatoes into a large pot and cover w/salted
    water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat
    to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, about 20
    minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or
    two. Return potatoes to the pot. Mash potatoes & butter
    using a potato masher. Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in
    the ground beef. Stir in the onions when the beef begins
    to brown. Cook and stir until beef is crumbly, evenly
    browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any
    excess grease. Stir in the beets and mashed potato, and
    spread the mixture into a 9" X 13" baking dish.

    Bake until lightly browned on top, about 20 minutes.

    Title: Italian Pasta Bake

    Yield: 8 servings

    2 lb Ground beef
    1 lg Onion; chopped
    2 cl Garlic; minced
    24 oz Jar spaghetti sauce
    14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes;
    - undrained
    4 oz Can mushroom stems and
    - pieces; drained
    1 ts Italian seasoning
    3 c Uncooked medium pasta
    - shells
    3 Plum tomatoes; sliced
    3/4 c Shredded provolone cheese
    3/4 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

    In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat
    until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
    Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes,
    mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce
    heat; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Add
    to beef mixture and gently stir in sliced plum tomatoes.

    Transfer to an ungreased 13" X 9" baking dish. Sprinkle
    with cheeses. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and
    heated through.

    Title: Burrito Bake

    Yield: 6 Servings

    1 lb Ground beef
    16 oz Can refried beans
    1/4 c Chopped onion
    1 oz Env taco seasoning
    8 oz Tube refrigerated crescent
    - rolls
    2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

    MMMMM---------------------OPTIONAL TOPPINGS--------------------------
    Chopped bell pepper
    Shredded lettuce
    Chopped tomatoes
    Sliced ripe olives

    Set the oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium
    heat until no longer pink; drain. Add beans, onion and
    taco seasoning.

    Unroll crescent roll dough. Press onto bottom and up the
    sides of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; seal seams and
    perforations.

    Spread beef mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
    If desired, sprinkle with toppings.
