2 md Turnips; peeled and cut into
-sticks, (2 cups)
1 tb Butter
2 ts Parsley; chopped
1 ts Onion; minced
1 ts Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Cook turnip sticks in boiling water until just tender (about 20
minutes). Drain; add butter, parsley, onion, and lemon juice. Toss to
coat. Season to taste.
