Title: Zucchini Cookies

Yield: 1 Batch

1 c Shortening
2 Eggs
2/3 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Baking soda
2 c Sugar
2 c Zucchini; grated
2 ts Vanilla
4 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 pk Butterscotch bits

Mix shortening, sugar, eggs, together well. Add zucchini, salt,
vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well. Add
flour last, gradually. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes or more.
(Depends on your oven.)
