Here's output from sbbsecho.log:

2021-01-10 23:49:45 Routing packet (/sbbs/temp/sbbsecho/5ffbf509.pkt) to 1:15/0
Message was created in FIDOTEST at 23:49:45... You can see that it was properly exported.
See that "Routing packet" line? That's a little unusual. Is 1:15/0 your hub? If not, then it appears you have a misplaced route setup. EchoMail is not normally routed, so something weird is afoot
Yeah, but I'm guessing you have 1:15/1 configured in SBBSecho to route to 1:15/0. I'm not sure why, but that doesn't seem right. --

Also check your /sbbs/data/areas.bbs. The node number next to each echotag should be your hub. If you used init-fido door to setup fido, and then were assigned a different hub and changed it, you have to change areas.bbs manually to your new hub.

I believe I found the problem and corrected it earlier today.
[domain:fidonet]
Zones = 1,2,3,4,5,6
DNSSuffix = binkp.net
NodeList = /sbbs/fido/_fidonet/NODELIST.008
I noticed that I either left the "NodeList" definition line blank, based upon the history of files in /sbbs/ctrl/sbbsecho.?.*, or that it was removed when I reconfigured SBBSECHO. Who knows? I turned on debugging and caught it in binkstats.ini with a callout failure.
You did turn me on to something and your suggestion made me re-look at the log files and the configuration of BinkIT--thank you!
None of that explains the "Routing" log message. Something else is wrong (too?).

I think you might be right and now I am curious about this:
From sbbsecho.log:

From binkstats.ini:

Now I feel like I need to find what the hell is wrong here. FidoNet messages are being received without issue while outbound is not. My configuration for SciNet is working fine, though. Weird.
Going to take a look and I'll let you know.
