    They say 800,000 people in the USA died of Covid, now those doing a deep dive into this number are saying 70,000 died from Covid, the rest had covid but died from other causes like stroke, heart attack etc..

    But were those heart attacks, stroke, etc., caused because they had COVID?
    I lost a cousin this past summer. While he was not in the greatest of
    health, what ultimately killed him was damage to his respiratory system.
    He got that damage from having COVID back in 2020, before there was a vaccine.

    I am not sure what they put as his official cause of death. While he no
    longer "had COVID" when he died, as far as I am concerned, he died earlier
    than he should have and he died of COVID complications.

    I understand that they supposedly have also been counting people who died
    of completely unrelated things of "dying of COVID" just because they
    happened to be COVID positive at the time the got hit by a bus. That is
    stupid and wrong.

    My point is not everyone marked down as dying from Covid actually died from Covid,
    and many of the people that died from Covid had comorbidities.

    I believe that the correct term is "The **vast majority** of the people that dies from COVID had comorbidities." That's according to the public statement by the incompetent CDC director.

    COVID is no more serious than a cold or flu for most people.
