    Title: Cheesy Bacon Pierogi Bake
    Categories: Cheese, Pork, Vegetable, Dumplings
    Yield: 6 servings

    1/2 c Chicken broth
    4 oz Cream cheese
    1 1/2 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
    - cheese
    1/2 ts Black pepper
    32 oz (2 pkg) potato & onion
    - pierogi; cooked according
    - to package directions,
    - using the boil method
    4 sl Cooked bacon; crumbled
    2 Scallions; sliced

    Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC.

    Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.

    In a soup pot over medium heat, combine chicken broth,
    cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper. Whisk 4 to 6
    minutes or until smooth. Gently stir the pierogies into
    the mixture and pour into baking dish.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with
    bacon and scallions; serve immediately.

    Title: Pineapple Freezer Cake
    Categories: Five, Desserts, Fruits, Cake, Dairy
    Yield: 8 servings

    6 oz (2 pkg) ladyfingers; split
    - in half
    20 oz Can crushed pineapple;
    - drained
    4 1/2 oz Box instant vanilla pudding
    - and pie filling
    8 oz Whipped topping; thawed

    Line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with plastic wrap, then line the
    bottom and sides of the pan with ladyfingers.

    In a large bowl, combine pineapple and pudding mix; mix
    well then fold in the whipped topping. Spread one-third
    of the mixture over the bottom layer of ladyfingers,
    then repeat layers 2 more times with pineapple mixture
    and ladyfingers, ending with a layer of ladyfingers.

    Cover and freeze at least 6 hours, or overnight.

    To serve, invert over a serving platter, remove pan and
    plastic wrap, then slice
