Title: Pork & Apple Pie (Aunt B's)

Yield: 4 Servings
3/4 lb Pork
1/2 lb Apples
2 md Onions
1 lb Mashed potatoes
A little stock or water
Seasoning to taste
Cut pork into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
If sage is liked sprinkle over two teaspoonfuls. Slice apple
and onion thinly. Place a layer of pork in pie dish with a
layer of apple and onion on top and continue until all is
used. Pour in a little stock or water and cover with a crust
of mashed potato. Bake in a moderate oven for about an hour.
