    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Bandoora (Fresh Tomato & Basil Salad)
    Categories: Salads, Herbs, Vegetables, Citrus
    Yield: 4 Servings

    1 lb Ripe tomatoes; sliced
    1/4 c Fresh basil; chopped
    2 Scallions; sliced thin
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1 tb Lemon juice
    3 tb Olive oil

    A simple salad such as this one is available and welcome at
    any Bukharan meal.

    In a large bowl, toss everything together. Refrigerate.
    Serve cool.

    Makes 4 servings.
