    PEELING BOILED EGGS: Peeling eggs sounds easy, doesn't it? But to avoid
    cracks in the white, there's just one way to do it. Tap the eggs all
    over to crack the shells, then peel under cold running water, starting
    at the wide end where there is an air pocket so it's easier to pull the
    shell away.

    Title: Adam & Eve Sandwich
    Categories: Breads, Pork, Cheese, Dairy
    Yield: 4 servings

    4 English muffins
    4 sl Boiled ham
    4 lg Hard-boiled eggs; sliced
    - thin
    1 lb Shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 ts Prepared mustard
    1 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c Cream

    Toast English muffins and butter immediately.

    Place a slice of ham on 4 muffin halves.

    Place sliced eggs on top of ham.

    Make a sauce by mixing together the cheese, mustard,
    Worcestershire and cream.

    Cook slowly until cheese melts.

    Pour over sandwich halves and top with other half
    of muffin.
