    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Harold's Kahlua Pecan Brie
    Categories: Vheese, Booze, Nuts
    Yield: 9 servings

    15 oz Mini brie round
    1/2 c Fine chopped pecans
    1 tb Butter
    1/4 ts Vanilla
    2 tb Kahlua
    1 1/2 tb Brown sugar

    Set oven @ 450°F/232°C.

    Toast the pecans in butter, in a small skillet.

    Remove the rind from the top of the cheese wheel,
    cutting to within 1/2" of the edges; place in a pie
    pan, or other oven safe dish.

    Combine pecans, Kahlua, vanilla, and brown sugar;
    spread over top of cheese.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until soft.

    If not serving immediately, cover Brie with foil, and
    wrap the whole dish in a towel to transport.

    Serve with gingersnaps, apple slices, etc.

    SERVES: 8-10

    Title: Candied Kahlua Pecans
    Categories: Five, Nuts, Booze, Snacks
    Yield: 3 servings

    1 c Sugar
    1 ts Salt
    3 tb Kahlua
    1 lg Egg
    1 lb Pecan halves

    Mix first four ingredients.

    Stir in pecans and then pour out onto foil prepped
    baking sheet.

    Bake in single layer @ 325-|F/165-|C for about 20 - 25
    minutes.

    Loosen from foil.

    Cool on wax paper.
