    2 c Tomato sauce

    MMMMM--------------------------BISCUITS-------------------------------
    1 c All-purpose flour
    1 1/2 ts Baking powder
    1 ts Dry mustard
    2 tb Shortening or lard
    1/4 c Mexican Cheese Blend;
    - shredded
    1/2 c Milk

PREPARE CASSEROLE DISH AND OVEN: Spray a 9" x 9"
    casserole dish with cooking spray.

    Set the oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

PREPARE HAMBURGER MIXTURE: Put ground beef in a skillet
and cook until done. Break up the ground beef so that it
    is small pieces.

Drain grease off of meat. I usually rinse the meat in a
    colander to remove the grease.

Add salt, pepper and flour to the ground beef and mix
    well.

Add the tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and corn.

Put ground beef mixture in a greased casserole dish.

MAKE BISCUITS: Mix the biscuit ingredients together.

Drop by rounded tablespoons on top of the hot hamburger
    mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool 5-10 minutes.

Serve by scooping out a biscuit or two and the hamburger
mixture that is underneath the biscuits,
