    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Ruby Rhubarb Lemonade
    Categories: Frutis, Beverages, Citrus
    Yield: 8 Servings

    3 c Thin sliced or chopped fresh
    - rhubarb
    1 1/2 c Sugar
    1 c Lemon juice or lime juice
    5 c Cold water
    1 c Club soda
    Ice cubes

    In a pitcher, use a muddler or potato masher to mash
    together rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir in the
    water until sugar is dissolved. Stir in club soda. Serve
    over ice.

    TO STORE: Lemonade can be made as directed and chilled up
    to 24 hours before serving. If using the club soda, stir
    in right before serving.

    Makes: 8 cups
