    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Claudia Roden's Shrimp w/Garlic
    Categories: Five, Seafood, Chilies, Herbs
    Yield: 4 Servings

    4 tb Olive oil
    1 lb Medium or large shrimp;
    - peeled
    1/2 ts Red pepper flakes; or more
    +=OR=+
    1/2 Chile; fine chopped
    4 cl Garlic; fine chopped
    2 tb Chopped flat-leaf parsley

    Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat.
    Add shrimp and pepper flakes and turn shrimp over as
    soon as the first side turns pink - in a few seconds.

    Add garlic and stir over medium heat until shrimp are
    pink all over and garlic has just begun to colour.

    Serve immediately sprinkled with parsley.
