    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Cajun Sausage-Potato Soup
    Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Saoups, Vegetables, Dairy
    Yield: 6 Servings

    4 c Frozen diced hash brown
    - potatoes w/onions &
    - peppers
    14 1/2 oz Can chicken broth
    13 1/2 oz Pkg cooked andouille;
    - chopped
    1 c Water
    10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup
    2 ts Cajun seasoning
    1/2 c Whipping cream
    Sliced green onions (opt)

    In a 4 qt. Dutch oven combine first six ingredients
    (through Cajun seasoning). Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
    Simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring
    occasionally.

    Before serving, stir in cream. If desired, top servings
    with green onions.

    Makes: 6 servings
